The Technique:
Begin by sitting on your knees, ensuring that your spine is upright and aligned.
Bring your palms together in a prayer position, resting them on your chest.
Inhale deeply, expanding your chest and elongating your spine.
Exhale slowly as you lean forward, bending from the hips, and lowering your forehead towards the ground.
Allow your hands to extend forward, resting them on the mat, aligning with your forehead.
Find a comfortable position for your arms, either extended straight or gently by your sides.
Relax your neck and shoulders, letting go of any tension.
Hold the pose for a few breaths, allowing your body to surrender and your mind to find tranquility.
To release, slowly lift your torso, lengthening your spine, and return to the initial sitting position.
